Mr Stephen Austin is a Melbourne local, and an Australian trained Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon. Stephen is registered with AHPRA as both a medical and dental specialist, having completed training in Medicine (University of Melbourne, 2006) and Dentistry (Griffith University, 2010). Since becoming a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (RACDS) in the field of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Stephen has pursued further Fellowships in the United Kingdom and in Australia, advancing his experience and knowledge of his field.

Stephen has completed sub-specialisation in Temporomandibular Joint Surgery and has a special interest in 3D planning technology, particularly in Corrective Jaw Surgery, Dental Implants and Temporomandibular Joint Replacement.

Stephen is active in academia as a reviewer for the British Journal of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, and is a published author in multiple surgical journals. He holds public appointments at St Vincent's Hospital, the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, and Western Hospital.
